Goal

  • To be able to have general knowledge about ACFI and its purposes
  • To look at some examples of how to complete ACFI documents
  • Learning codes and how to complete these in some forms of ACFI documentation
  • A brief overview of the ACFI pack and its categories

Objectives

Know the purpose of ACFI is as a government funding tool

Be able to determine how to apply codes to a clients ACFI forms

Your responsiblities in completing an ACFI form on your shift for a client who is on ACFI

Work out from examples of ACFI forms completed what behaviours or activities of daily living occured at certain times / days.
