Goal 

Develop their own ability to manage stressful situations both at work and in their social life.


Objectives

At the end of the session the participant should be able to:

  • Identify and handle stressful situations
  • Devise ways of managing the stress
  • Identify and handle stressed colleagues appropriately without exacerbating their stress
  • Take good care of themselves socially and at work
