Objectives

At the end of the session the participant should be able to

  • Safely lift, lower, push, pull or carry items safely
  • Identify manual handling risks
  • Assess manual handling risks
  • Manage manual handling risks
  • Appropriately implement proper techniques for each task and maintain safety
