Goal

To develop the capacity to implement appropriate methods and strategies for dealing with bullying and harassment in work place for the smooth functioning of the work environment.


Objectives

At the end of the session the participant should be able to:

  • Understand the difference between bullying and harassment 
  • Identify the unreasonable behaviour (bullying and harassment) 
  • Understand the impact on people 
  • Identify the impact of bullying and harassment on the organization 
  • Understand the action plan  and its escalation
